Three theater directors - Peter Oskarson (Sweden), Oleg Liptsin (Ukraine) and Eberhard Koehler (Germany) - unite their creative efforts to produce a three-dimensional view on the war in Europe with participation of international team of actors.

Oleg Liptsin’s BULGAKOV IN EXILE is focused on the fate and role of an Artist under the circumstances of war and global social changes.  The theatrical fable on the destiny of famous and popular writer Mikhail Bulgakov who was born and lived a big part of his life in Kiev but was critical of existing political regimes and therefore never favored neither by Soviet official culture nor by current Ukrainian cultural functionaries.
